Andy is the brains behind our back office. He handles our billing and interfaces with our tax and legal consultants. He puts together end of month reports that are unbelievably awesome. The ability to present the right information at the right time is definitely one of Andy’s superpowers. Also, and it’s no surprise: he enjoys it.
Andy has a gift for managing finances. He plays a very important role in analyzing the impact of initiatives that require an investment, which of course is any initiative. Let’s just say Andy brings balance to the team in this area and he keeps us grounded with wise counsel, which is a wonderful thing we all appreciate.
Andy is a fantastic software architect and developer. Over the years he has built a series of “Tracker” applications that sit at the core of our operations. Tracking time, expenses, people, projects and skills all in one consistent, beautiful interface. He has channeled the core of what we do and how we want to do it into this platform and it’s just the best. He also works with our infrastructure provider to keep our back office environment running and serves as our IT support point of entry for many things.
Andy loves the Lord and his family. He’s one of the most patient and kind people I know. He remains calm when others start to show signs of stress. He makes time to hang with his family. He’s also pretty good at golf and is responsible for giving me one of my most enjoyable rounds ever!
I’m encouraged and inspired by Andy and I’m extremely thankful to have this great guy in my life.
