We are honored and excited once again to announce that E-gineering has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Indiana!

We’ve always known that E-g is a great place to work. Our company culture is built on a foundation of truly valuing people – not as a means to some other business end, but because we believe people are intrinsically valuable. So of course we have all kinds of attractive perks and a great office environment. And sure, we get together for all kinds of fun activities together, and seek out exciting projects to work on.

But what makes this recognition so special is that it is driven by employees themselves. What makes E-gineering a great – and we think the best – place to work in Indiana is the people we work with every day.

The award ceremony is in early May, so we won’t know our ranking for awhile yet. In the meanwhile, we’re going to do what we do – the E-g way, with uncompromised excellence and integrity, delivering quality solutions for our great clients – and we’re going to thoroughly enjoy it.
